Salary Package (CTC):
- During 6-month probation: ₹5.75–₹7.80 LPA
- After successful completion of probation: ₹7.20–₹9.25
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- 100% Office-based
- Preferred Candidates:
Thane residents or candidates with a maximum 30-minute commute.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and email enquiries from UK wholesale customers.
- Process orders and follow up on stock availability, dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams.
- Manage order amendments, refunds and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely customer updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with transparent communication and the ability to understand a British accent.
- Strong written English and professional email-writing skills.
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, B2B support or order processing preferred.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Excel and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Stable employment history and a long-term career mindset.
- Good organisational skills, accuracy and punctuality.
Working Hours
The role follows UK business hours:
- UK Summer Time: 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM IST
- UK Winter Time: 12:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
