Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance tracking, employee documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.




- Help the HR team with daily activities and reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Freshers with an interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
