- Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet shoppers warmly and help them find products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and active promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell items to boost department sales.
- Resolve basic customer complaints or send complex issues to the floor supervisor.
- Merchandising & Shelf Management:
- Keep shelves, racks, and promotional displays clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Follow visual merchandising and brand rules for product placement.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or fast-moving items to the store manager.
- Inventory & Operations:
- Assist with receiving, checking, tagging, and organizing new stock.
- Support stock audits and maintain accurate shelf counts.
- Handle billing or point-of-sale (POS) support when needed.
- Reporting:
- Share daily and monthly sales numbers with the store supervisor.
- Pass customer feedback and product demand trends up to management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
