About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in the overseas education industry. The ideal candidate will have an established professional network across overseas education consultancies, immigration agencies, student recruitment firms, colleges, universities, and international education service providers. We are particularly interested in candidates who can leverage their existing industry relationships to establish strategic partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and expand our network across the international education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and manage strategic partnerships with overseas education consultancies, immigration agencies, and student recruitment companies.

2. Develop relationships with colleges, universities, institutional representatives, and international education service providers.

3. Leverage existing industry contacts to identify and establish new business opportunities.

4. Build a strong network of domestic and international partners.

5. Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

6. Develop long term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

7. Identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and business growth channels.





Candidate Requirements

1. 3 to 10 years of experience in overseas education, international student recruitment, or the student immigration industry.

2. A strong existing network of industry professionals and decision makers.

3. Established connections with overseas education agencies, immigration consultants, colleges, universities, or international education service providers.

4. Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel development.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

6. A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
