Airgo Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing team. The main responsibility will be to promote the academy through offline marketing activities, conduct presentations in schools and colleges, generate student leads, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and monitor the marketing executives and team members.
- Visit schools and colleges to give presentations about academy courses and career opportunities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities to promote academy courses.
- Collect student data and generate admission leads through presentations, seminars, and field visits.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
- Set monthly targets for the marketing team and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor daily activities, field visits, lead generation, and admission performance.
- Explore current opportunities to promote the academy and increase student admissions.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, team performance,



and admissions for management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in offline marketing, sales, or business development.
- Ability to build relationships with schools and colleges.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for school and college visits.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any stream; an MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be preferred.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing team, increasing school and college partnerships, generating quality student leads, and achieving monthly admission targets to support the overall growth of Airgo Academy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
