Order Processing Analyst – Supply Planning
Relevant Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end P2P activities, including purchase order creation, processing, release, and tracking in SAP.
- Follow up on pending and overdue purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to prevent stock shortages and supply disruptions.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Receiving, suppliers, and operations teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate SAP records and prepare reports on open orders, inventory, and pending deliveries using Microsoft Excel.
- Identify supply risks, escalate delays, and support timely resolution of operational issues.
- Follow SOPs, procurement policies, and compliance requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Required Competencies

- Proactive follow-up and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support month-end activities.

Qualifications

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce/ management / Analytics/ Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in P2P, order processing, procurement, or supply planning.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Good Excel skills, including data management and reporting.
