Job Description: Admission Counsellor – Telecalling

Job Summary

CGC Landran is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors for its Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English fluency, strong communication skills, and convincing abilities to connect with prospective students and parents, explain academic programmes, and convert enquiries into admissions through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admission enquiries.
- Explain available courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable academic programmes.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Convert prospective student leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline,



MBA will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions counselling, educational sales, or customer service will be preferred.
- Excellent English-speaking fluency and strong verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English with students and parents.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
