Job Summary:
Responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing business relationships, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets in freight forwarding and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and other logistics services.
- Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to provide competitive quotations.
- Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
- Monitor customer requirements, revenue, and profitability.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring smooth shipment execution,



maintaining service quality, and coordinating end-to-end freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key accounts and handle day-to-day customer requirements.
- Coordinate Air Freight and Ocean Freight shipments from booking to delivery.
- Liaise with internal operations teams, carriers, agents, and customers.
- Monitor shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and service discrepancies.
- Track operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
