Role: HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations
Location: Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Hybrid, with 2 days per week working from office
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Training: Practical training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.
Stipend Structure
- First 6 months: Performance-based stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month.
- After 6 months: Based on performance, learning progress and contribution, the stipend may be increased to ₹10,000-15000/month
- The intern will receive hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, onboarding, payroll support, documentation and HR process execution.
Best wording for the JDStipend: The internship offers a performance-based stipend of up to ₹5,000 per month during the first six months. Based on the intern’s performance, learning progress and contribution, the stipend may subsequently be revised to ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
