Role description

We're building agentic AI systems that solve real problems. You'll own the design and implementation of AI agents that collaborate seamlessly with our front-end and back-end infrastructure, using modern frameworks like LangChain to orchestrate complex workflows.

What you'll do

- Build agentic AI systems using LangChain and evaluate emerging frameworks to improve agent capabilities
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate AI agents into user-facing features
- Work with back-end teams to ensure agents access and process data correctly through APIs and services
- Design agent architectures grounded in transformer model fundamentals
- Implement reasoning loops, memory management, and tool-use patterns for multi-step tasks
- Debug and optimize agent behavior in production environments

What we're looking for

- Strong Python proficiency—you ship production code confidently
- Deep familiarity with LangChain or equivalent agentic AI frameworks




- Working knowledge of transformer architecture and how modern LLMs reason
- Proven ability to learn and adopt new frameworks quickly as the agentic AI landscape evolves
- Comfortable collaborating across front-end and back-end teams to ship integrated features
- Familiarity with vector databases or retrieval systems

Nice to have

- Experience with prompt engineering and agent evaluation method
