We undertake large-scale infrastructure projects and are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage our workforce's payroll, statutory compliance, and complete employee lifecycle.Position Details

- Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance

- Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities1. Joining & Onboarding Process

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding for new employees, site supervisors, and technical staff.
- Collect and verify mandatory employment documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details, and experience certificates).
- Create and allocate UAN (Provident Fund) and ESIC IP numbers for eligible new hires on government portals.

2. Payroll & Salary Sheet Management

- Compile and update monthly attendance, site attendance logs, leaves, and overtime records.
- Prepare and process the monthly salary sheet and generate accurate payslips for corporate and site staff.
- Calculate gross salaries, site allowances, bonuses, and standard deductions.

3. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC & PT)

- Manage online portals for EPFO and ESIC smoothly.
- File monthly Electronic Challan-cum-Returns (ECR)



for PF and ESIC within due dates.
- Handle Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) deductions according to state laws.
- Resolve employee grievances regarding PF withdrawals, transfers, and ESIC medical cards.

4. Exit & Offboarding Process

- Manage the employee resignation and site exit clearance process.
- Prepare and process the Full & Final (F&F;) Settlement within legal timelines.
- Calculate leave encashment, gratuity, and notice period recoveries.
- Update Date of Exit (DOE) on the PF and ESIC portals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or MBA in HR is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and direct experience operating EPFO and ESIC employer portals.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector handling site labor/staff compliance is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong mathematical accuracy, and good communication skills to handle employee queries across different project sites
