About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Field Sales & Promotion Associates to join Kaagidham Stores on a part-time basis.

The role involves representing Kaagidham Stores at our physical stalls and promotional locations, interacting with customers, selling our products, promoting our online stores and creating awareness about the brand.

This is a suitable opportunity for college students, freshers, freelancers and individuals looking for flexible part-time work or an additional source of income.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Kaagidham Stores at physical stalls, events and promotional locations.
- Interact with customers and introduce them to our products.
- Explain product features, pricing and offers.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Actively engage with potential customers and generate sales.
- Promote Kaagidham Stores and create awareness about our products.
- Promote our online stores and encourage customers to explore and purchase online.
- Assist with stall setup, product arrangement and basic stall operations.
- Maintain an attractive and organised product display.
- Assist with packing, stock handling and closing activities when required.
- Collect customer feedback and share useful insights with the team.




- Support promotional and PR activities for Kaagidham Stores.

Working Schedule

- Approximately 3 - 4 hours per day, primarily during evening hours.
- Weekend work is compulsory.
- Weekday schedules may be flexible and adjusted based on stall locations, campaigns, events and business requirements.
- Working locations may vary depending on Kaagidham Stores' activities.

The role is designed to be manageable alongside college, studies, freelance work or other commitments.

Salary & Performance Incentives

Monthly Salary/Earning Range: ₹5,500 – ₹7,000

In addition to the above, performance-based incentives will be provided.

Incentives may be based on:

- Individual sales performance
- Stall/team sales performance
- Customer engagement
- Online-store promotion and referrals
- Consistency and overall performance

Good performance can lead to higher overall earnings through incentives.
