Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, GST and TDS compliance, and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting processes, e-invoice and e-way bill generation, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of e-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.

· Handle GST-related activities, including GST data preparation, reconciliation, and return filing support.

· Calculate TDS, maintain records, and assist with TDS return compliance.

· Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as per applicable requirements.

· Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

· Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

· Maintain vouchers, bills, expense records, and other accounting documents.

· Track customer payments, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.





· Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.

· Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting activities.

· Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and external accountants or consultants as required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

· Practical knowledge of daily accounting operations and invoicing.

· Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and e-way bill generation.

· Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime or similar systems.

· Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

· E-commerce accounting experience or knowledge of marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, and reconciliations will be an added advantage.

· Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
