- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Conduct cold/warm calls to prospective clients or handle incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns.
- Pitch & Presentation: Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly using structured scripts or personalized approaches.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, resolve friction, and pivot conversations toward closing.
- Order Processing: Take and process customer orders, contracts, or service registrations accurately.
- CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer databases, and schedule necessary follow-up tasks.
- Lead Hand-off: Identify high-intent leads or pass complex prospects over to field sales or senior account teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
