ipsr solutions limited is looking for a Business Analyst to work on its Educational ERP solution, gathering client requirements and coordinating with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with client colleges to understand and gather business requirements.
- Analyse, document, and translate requirements into explicit functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Facilitate client discussions, clarify requirements, and support issue resolution.
- Travel to client colleges as required.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, software systems, or ERP solutions.
- Good understanding of software applications and business processes.
- Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good English communication and client-coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work Requirements
- Day shift.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with preference for candidates based in Kottayam.
- Willingness to travel to client colleges as required.
