What does the job entail?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the agency to drive business growth and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and ensure agency competitiveness
- Design and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve agency objectives and goals
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the agency,
promoting a customer-centric approach
- Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their success and growth
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with business partnerships and agency operations
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance
- Identify and capitalize on current business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and inform future strategy
