Job Description: Sales Executive – Hearing Aids

Position: Sales Executive / Hearing Aid Sales Representative

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell hearing aids and hearing care products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, hearing clinics, and other healthcare professionals to generate business and build long-term relationships.

Candidates with experience in hearing aids, audiology products, medical devices, healthcare sales, or medical representation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and sales opportunities for hearing aids and related products.

- Visit ENT clinics, hospitals, audiology centres, hearing care clinics, and healthcare institutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hearing specialists, and clinic owners.

- Promote and demonstrate hearing aid products and explain their features and benefits.

- Develop current dealer, distributor, clinic, and institutional sales opportunities, wherever applicable.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with audiologists or hearing care professionals to recommend suitable product options.

- Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, sales follow-ups, and order closures.





- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand business within the assigned territory.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat orders and referrals.

- Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead records, and sales pipeline updates.

- Travel regularly within Lucknow and nearby assigned areas as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in hearing aids, audiology, medical devices, or healthcare products.

- Experience as a Medical Representative (MR), especially with ENT doctors or audiologists, will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience working with hearing aid brands, audiology clinics, or hearing care centres will be highly preferred.

- Good communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets.

- Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and regular local travel.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of independently managing an assigned territory.

- Existing contacts with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, or hearing clinics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
