About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, business concepts and marketing requirements into visually engaging designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, presentations and visual storytelling, along with the ability to create professional and consistent creatives across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create corporate presentations, brochures, proposals, reports and marketing collaterals.
- Develop visual content for campaigns, events, workshops and leadership programmes.
- Design carousels, infographics, banners, promotional creatives and thought-leadership content.
- Create and edit short-form videos/reels and basic motion graphics for social media.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand requirements and convert concepts into strong visual communication.
- Maintain consistency in SEAL/SKOPE brand guidelines, typography, colours and visual identity.
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining visual quality.
- Explore current design trends, creative formats and visual storytelling approaches.
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within timelines.




- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output is polished and professional.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good command of Canva and presentation design.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video-editing tools will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and branding.
- Ability to create both creative and corporate/professional designs.
- Good visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.

Qualification

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
