- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of TPA, insurance, and cashless services.
- Process pre-authorization requests, obtain approval extensions, manage enhancements, and coordinate patient discharges.
- Liaise with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, Billing, Finance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track insurance claims, outstanding cases, queries, denials, and payment follow-ups.
- Lead and monitor the TPA team to ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submissions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
