Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave management.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal, training, and development activities.




- Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearance, and full-and-final settlement documentation.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist management with day-to-day HR activities.

Qualifications

- Practical skills and relevant experience matter more than formal qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
