- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.
- Maintain vehicle stock and sales accounting records.
- Handle accounting for insurance, vehicle finance, accessories, and service transactions.
- Verify invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Coordinate with auditors and other departments.
- Prepare reports for management and ensure accurate financial records.
Qualification
- B.Com or M.Com in Commerce.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in a four-wheeler automobile dealership is preferred.
