Job Description – Office Runner

Location: Mumbai (Mankhurd)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver and collect documents, materials, parcels, and other office items to/from clients, vendors, sites, and offices.

Ensure safe and timely delivery of company documents and materials.

Collect documents, cheques, bills, invoices, and other items as instructed.

Maintain proper records and obtain acknowledgement/proof of delivery.

Coordinate with the Admin/HR/Accounts team regarding deliveries and collections.

Handle company documents and materials responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Follow traffic rules and company travel/safety guidelines.

Assist with basic office/admin work whenever required.

Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages immediately to the reporting manager.





Requirements

1–3 years of experience in delivery, office boy, messenger, or similar role.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Valuable knowledge of Mumbai city and nearby areas.

Basic communication and reading skills.

Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Ability to manage multiple deliveries and follow instructions.

Smartphone knowledge for Google Maps, calls, and WhatsApp.

Preferred

Previous experience in a corporate/engineering company.

Knowledge of courier/document handling and basic office work.

Immediate joiner preferred.
