We are seeking an experienced NPD Head (CNC Machining) to lead our Current Product Development team and oversee the end-to-end development process for high-precision components. In this leadership role, you will manage all NPD workflows across Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), driving projects from initial print/CAD review through prototyping, process development, tooling setup, First Article Inspection (FAI), and smooth handoff to mass production.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
