Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage GST calculations, return filing, and related documentation.
- Handle PF and ESI calculations, payments, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain loan-related documentation and coordinate with banks.
- Maintain general accounts, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Work with Tally for accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reports.
- Manage purchase-related accounts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Maintain stores and inventory-related accounting records, including stock inward and outward entries.
- Verify material purchase bills, stock records, and supplier invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and other departments for accounting-related activities.




- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and accounting reports.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, and general accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of purchase, stores, and inventory accounting.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and loan documentation.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Immediate Joining is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
