About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative Content Creator who can develop engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for visiting our Panchakarma Centre at Model Colony and our pharmaceutical factory to capture videos, create reels, showcase our treatments and products, and highlight our company’s activities.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content that attracts and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Regularly visit the Panchakarma Centre at Model Colony to shoot content related to Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, wellness activities, and patient education, while maintaining patient privacy.
- Visit the pharmaceutical factory to capture manufacturing processes, product highlights, behind-the-scenes activities, and company operations, subject to company permissions.
- Plan, shoot, and edit creative videos, reels, photographs, and promotional content.
- Develop fresh content ideas, scripts, captions, and creative concepts for social media pages.
- Stay updated with trending reels, audio, hashtags, and digital content strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Create educational and promotional content related to Ayurveda,



Panchakarma, wellness, and company products.
- Ensure consistent posting and maintain the quality and brand image of the company’s social media pages.
- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and reach to improve future content.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and relevant team members for content shoots and interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in video shooting, reel creation, and video editing.
- Knowledge of editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative thinking, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.
- Willingness to travel between the Panchakarma Centre and the pharmaceutical factory.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous reels, videos, or social media work will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about creating engaging content. The candidate should be comfortable with on-location shoots, interacting with people, suggesting new ideas, and taking initiative rather than simply waiting for instructions.

Candidates with experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or pharmaceutical content creation will have an added advantage.
