Job Role
We are looking for a Commercial Area Manager to handle commercial property requirements in assigned areas of Bengaluru. The role involves meeting clients, coordinating with brands and property owners, identifying suitable commercial spaces, onboarding properties, and working towards successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners in assigned areas.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate meetings between clients and owners.
- Source new commercial properties and assist with property onboarding.
- Follow up regularly with clients and owners to move transactions forward.
- Coordinate price discussions and negotiations between the parties.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Experience in real estate sales, business development, or client handling is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and manage client follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
