Billionpreet Growth Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented, result-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can manage our digital presence, generate quality business leads, and help us grow faster.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate a target of 1,000 leads per month through digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate business enquiries.
- Manage and optimize the company website built on WordPress.
- Handle website content updates, landing pages, blogs, and lead-generation forms.
- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, SEO, and Google rankings.
- Manage social media content, posting schedules, engagement, and audience growth.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and other platforms, where required.
- Track leads, campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing expenses.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
- Explore new marketing channels and strategies to increase lead generation.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
- Knowledge of YouTube marketing and other social media platforms.




- Working knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, landing pages, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and generate actionable reports.
- Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on generating quality leads.

Performance Expectations

- Monthly lead-generation target: 1,000 leads
- Consistent social media management and content execution.
- Regular website maintenance and optimization.
- Weekly reporting of leads, lead quality, campaign performance, and expenses.
- Continuous improvement in lead quality and marketing ROI.

Lead targets and incentives will be evaluated based on agreed lead-quality criteria, campaign budgets, and measurable results.
