We are looking for a Graphic Designer (social media content creator) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing graphics and videos through AI tools, as well as video editing tools for social media and brand storytelling. If you have a keen eye for design and love creating impactful visuals, we’d love to hear from you to tell a story about the brand. Keep in mind that you will be working on more than 1 industry vertical simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, visually compelling social media creatives, with strong expertise in typography, font styling, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Design engaging and creative reels that effectively showcase brand stories and captivate audiences across social media platforms.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Use AI-powered tools proficiently to generate, customize, and enhance design assets, including AI-assisted font editing, typography customization, text effects, and creative lettering for social media designs.
- Experiment with AI tools to modify and enhance typography, create unique text treatments, and integrate text seamlessly into creative visuals while maintaining brand identity and readability.
- Perform advanced image and video editing, retouching, color grading, and photo manipulation.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools for innovation and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,



Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Adobe Animate).
- Experience working with additional tools such as Canva and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in logo design, social media design, and packaging design.
- Hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation to create engaging visual content.
- Advanced proficiency in AI-powered design tools, such as Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Let's Enhance, ChatGPT, Google Flow, Canva AI/Magic Studio, and Gemini, with the ability to use these tools for creative generation, image enhancement, AI-assisted typography and font styling, text effects, and cutting-edge social media visual design.
- Expert-level proficiency in social media graphic design, with a strong understanding of current design trends, typography, font pairing, color theory, and platform-specific creative formats.
- Hands-on expertise in AI-powered design tools, with the ability to use AI efficiently for creative generation, image manipulation, typography enhancement, font styling, and text-effect customization.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to create distinctive, scroll-stopping social media creatives while maintaining professional design quality and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles for web and mobile applications.
