Job Description: Water Audit & CGWA Compliance Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- CGWA NOC Application & Renewal
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on fresh CGWA NOC applications and renewal applications.
- Review required documents, groundwater abstraction details, water balance, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Annual Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit annual compliance reports as per applicable CGWA guidelines and NOC conditions.
- Monitor groundwater abstraction, water meter and telemetry data, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Water Audit Report Preparation
- Conduct water audits for industries, commercial establishments, and other facilities.
- Collect and analyse water consumption, water balance, wastewater generation, and recycling data.
- Prepare comprehensive water audit reports, including recommendations for water conservation, recycling, and efficiency improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management




- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities for water audits, CGWA NOC services, environmental compliance, and related consultancy services.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on business leads.
- Documentation & Project Coordination
- Maintain project records, technical documents, application status, and compliance schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, laboratories, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
- Track regulatory updates and applicable CGWA guidelines to maintain compliance.

Key Skills Required: Knowledge of CGWA guidelines, groundwater management, water auditing, technical report writing, regulatory documentation, client coordination, business development, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
