Medcity International Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and proficient IELTS / OET Speaking Assistant to support students in improving their speaking skills and preparing for international English proficiency examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speaking practice sessions for IELTS and OET candidates.
- Help students improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
- Conduct mock speaking tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide IELTS candidates on speaking test criteria and OET candidates on role-play scenarios.
- Identify students' weaknesses and provide individual support for improvement.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure effective student support.
- Motivate students to achieve their target scores.

Requirements





- Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
- Good understanding of IELTS Speaking and/or OET Speaking test formats.
- Strong interpersonal and student-handling skills.
- Ability to provide clear feedback and support learners at different proficiency levels.
- Prior experience in IELTS or OET training is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- IELTS/OET training experience or relevant certification.
- Strong pronunciation, fluency, and language assessment skills.
- A student-focused approach with good mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
