Job Title: Junior Engineer – Mechanical Department: Production / Quality / Maintenance Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 0–2 Years Job Responsibilities 1. Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved. 2. Inspect components according to engineering drawings and quality standards. 3. Operate and monitor machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). 4. Identify defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejection. 5. Maintain daily production and quality reports. 6. Follow 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety standards. 7. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. 8. Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and product quality. Required Skills - Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering. - Knowledge of engineering drawings. - Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer. - Basic understanding of 7 QC Tools. - Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and SOPs. - Valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Experience 6 months of experience in the automobile industry at Imperial Auto.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
