The Sales Associate looks after customers on the store floor during the evening shift, helping them choose from our Ame The Court and closes the store at the end of the day.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and help them find the right product across all three brands.
- Explain products clearly: flavours and orders for Ame the Court.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets, and suggest add-ons and matching items.
- Bill sales accurately and handle cash, card and UPI payments .
- Receive stock, check it against the bill and report damages or shortages.
- Close the store at 11 pm: tally the cash, switch off displays, lock up and report the day's sales to the manager.
- Mark attendance in the staff register at the start and end of each shift.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum qualification:
Plus Two (12th) pass; graduates preferred.
- Speaks Malayalam fluently and English comfortably; Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
- Friendly, patient and confident with customers.
- Basic billing and phone skills; comfortable with UPI and card machines.
- 0–2 years of retail or sales experience; freshers welcome.
- Interest in food is an advantage.
- Able to work the 3 pm – 11 pm shift if required, including weekends and festival seasons.

Salary ;- 15000 per month
