Experience:- 5–10 years in a similar role
Salary:- ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across group companies and business units.
- Review financial records, accounting processes, and internal controls.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
- Verify transactions, expenses, assets, and supporting documents.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, and other departments during audits.
- Assist management in strengthening internal controls and risk management.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
- Good understanding of risk assessment and compliance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits.
