We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Lead to drive business growth in the

Solar & Renewable Energy sector. The role involves B2B client acquisition, project business

development, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive business development for Solar EPC, domestic & project-based opportunities.
- Identify, generate, and convert new B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, industries, and other

stakeholders.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable

solutions.

- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Lead client discussions, negotiations, and support order/contract closures.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits,



and market development activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Skill Set Required:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Solar or Renewable Energy.
- Experience in Solar EPC, domestic solar, and project business is preferred.
- Solar O&M; experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding ofthe solar industry and project lifecycle.
- Solid networking, lead generation, and business conversion skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
