Job Overview

Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with excellent written and spoken English and strong expertise in SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI search optimization.

The primary objective is to generate qualified business leads through effective paid and organic marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads for IT services, software development, websites, cloud solutions and other company offerings.
- Manage SEO, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, ethical link building and local SEO.
- Improve visibility in AI-powered search through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including lead generation and remarketing.
- Manage social media marketing and optimization across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare content calendars and write engaging English content for advertisements, websites, landing pages, emails and social media.
- Optimize landing pages, enquiry forms and calls to action to improve conversions.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead,



lead quality and campaign performance.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and advertising dashboards to track results.
- Coordinate with the sales team to assess lead quality and improve targeting.
- Use AI tools for research, content development, campaign analysis and marketing automation.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English, including copywriting and proofreading.
- Practical experience in SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads.
- Working knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and current digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and work within defined budgets.
- Solid analytical, communication and time management skills.

Preferred: Experience in B2B or IT services marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM tools and marketing automation.
