Data Management

- Collecting and consolidating data from sales, finance, operations, and HR systems into a single source of truth.
- Cleaning raw datasets to remove duplicates, correct formatting errors, and fill validated gaps.
- Designing and implementing data management protocols so different teams feed data in a consistent format.

Reporting and Analysis

- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering sales performance, inventory levels, financial metrics, and customer KPIs.
- Building interactive dashboards in tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI so stakeholders can slice data without submitting a ticket.
- Producing ad-hoc analysis when leadership needs a quick answer to a specific business question.
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns that inform strategic planning.

System Management

- Overseeing the mintenance, performance, and uptime of MIS software and hardware.
- Coordinating with IT teams for scheduled upgrades and emergency troubleshooting.




- Ensuring seamless integration between MIS platforms and adjacent systems such as ERP, CRM, or payroll software.

Data Security and Compliance

- Implementing access controls, encryption, and audit trails to protect sensitive organizational data.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR where relevant, and sector-specific guidelines such as RBI circulars for banking.
- Running periodic data audits to identify vulnerabilities before they become breaches.

Collaboration, Training, and Strategic Planning

- Working with department heads to understand their reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Presenting complex findings to senior management in plain language, often under tight deadlines.
- Training non-technical staff on using MIS dashboards and reporting tools effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
