- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware/software issues.
- Perform laptop and desktop repair, maintenance, and servicing.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and required software.
- Handle RAM, SSD, HDD, battery, keyboard, screen, and other hardware replacements.
- Test, configure, and prepare laptops/desktops for rental and customer deployment.
- Perform system formatting, software installation, and performance checks.
- Inspect returned rental equipment and identify technical issues.
- Maintain records of equipment, repairs, and inventory.
- Provide basic technical support to customers, remotely or on-site when required.
- Ensure all rental devices are in proper working condition before dispatch.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
- Hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting and repairing.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults and replace components.
- Positive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
