Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Medical Recruiter with prior experience in international hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international recruitment processes, healthcare staffing requirements, candidate sourcing strategies, and the ability to attract and hire qualified medical professionals from diverse talent pools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for international healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Recruit healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, medical technicians, and other clinical staff as per business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on qualifications, clinical experience, licensing requirements, and job-specific criteria.
- Coordinate with international clients, hiring managers, and internal teams to understand staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Assist candidates with documentation requirements, credential verification, licensing procedures, and work visa or immigration coordination, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international recruitment standards, employment regulations, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and periodic hiring reports.




- Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in medical or healthcare recruitment.
- Prior experience in international hiring is mandatory.
- Experience recruiting for overseas markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, or other international locations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing, credential verification, and international hiring documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet deadlines, and work in a target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment trackers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with international healthcare clients, hospitals, clinics, or medical staffing agencies.
- Understanding of overseas healthcare recruitment and country-specific qualification requirements.
- Proven ability to source and close candidates for hard-to-fill medical positions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
