Key Responsibilities
- Assist in medical coding and insurance documentation.
- Review patient records and medical documents for insurance processing.
- Assist with cashless insurance approvals and pre-authorization procedures.
- Support insurance claim submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and insurance departments.
- Verify patient details and ensure the accuracy of insurance records.
