Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify and connect with potential customers, farmers, and business partners.
- Support lead generation, sales, and business development activities.
- Promote relevant products and services through affiliate marketing channels.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Communicate effectively with farmers, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in meetings, product demonstrations, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update customer and lead records.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales objectives.
- Participate in field visits and other business-related activities as required.

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in agriculture, technology, startups, and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, and affiliate marketing.
- Good research, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.




- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers, farmers, and business partners.
- Willingness to travel for field visits when required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
