Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' overseas education, travel,
and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate information about relevant visa categories, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Explain documentation requirements and guide clients through the application process.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and provide timely updates.
- Maintain client records and ensure professional communication throughout the process.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve client satisfaction and business targets.
- Stay updated on relevant immigration rules, visa procedures, and industry developments.
