Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Business Development Manager to drive business growth, manage the sales team, and generate new business opportunities for our IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance.
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
