Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday (Fixed)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Upto 45k

About the Role

House of EdTech is hiring Business Development Executives to engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable courses, and drive enrollments.

This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain and pitch relevant upskilling programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer interaction is an advantage.




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.

Laptop Requirement

A personal laptop is required for this role. Candidates may also choose to rent a laptop.
