We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with strong creative and content strategy skills to own our social presence and shape how our brand shows up online. You’ll blend strategy, storytelling, and execution: planning content calendars, crafting campaign concepts, writing copy, guiding visual direction, and analyzing performance to continuously improve results.

This role is ideal for someone who can think like a strategist, create like a content creator, and operate like a social media manager.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Own end-to-end management of key social channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Plan, schedule, and publish content in line with the editorial and campaign calendar.

Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and short-form scripts tailored to each platform.

Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions; escalate issues and opportunities as needed.

Track social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions) and report insights regularly.

Creative & Content Strategy

Define and document the content strategy aligned to business goals, audience needs, and brand positioning.

Develop content pillars, themes, and campaign concepts that support product launches, hiring, events, and brand initiatives.

Create and maintain editorial calendars across social, blog, email, and other digital touchpoints.

Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps, trends, and whitespace opportunities.

Translate insights from performance data, market research, and stakeholder input into clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and writers.

Content Creation & Coordination

Conceptualize and coordinate production of multimedia content: static posts, carousels, reels/shorts, stories, blogs, landing pages, and emailers.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies to ensure on-brand, high-quality creative output.

Repurpose core content into multiple formats to maximize reach and efficiency (e.g., webinar → clips → posts → blog → newsletter).

Ensure all content follows brand voice, style guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Analytics, Optimization & Governance

Set measurable goals and KPIs for social and content initiatives (e.g., engagement rate, video completion rate, lead gen, traffic).

Analyze performance data to identify what hooks, formats, angles, and visuals are working; propose tests and iterations.

Maintain a running inventory of tested concepts, learnings, and best practices.

Establish basic content governance: workflows, approval processes, content taxonomy, and asset organization.

Partner with marketing, product, sales, and HR to ensure content supports broader business priorities (including employer branding and recruitment campaigns).

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or creative strategy (agency or in-house).

Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

Strong portfolio showing campaign concepts, content calendars, copy samples, and creative assets.

Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.

Solid understanding of SEO basics, social algorithms, paid social fundamentals, and content performance metrics.

Experience working with tools such as:

Social scheduling/management: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Design/video: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, etc. (hands-on or coordination experience).

Analytics: native platform insights, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

CMS/marketing tools: WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and results to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [your industry, e.g., e-commerce].

Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and how creative impacts performance.

Familiarity with content operations: workflows, briefs, style guides, and asset libraries.

What You’ll Get

Opportunity to shape the brand’s voice and visual identity across digital channels.

A strategic role where your ideas directly influence marketing, hiring, and business growth.

Team-oriented environment with marketing, product, sales, and HR teams.

Pay: ₹20,711.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
