We’re Hiring | Chef All-Rounder – Khajjiar, Himachal Pradesh

Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef All-Rounder to join our team at Khajjiar.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage kitchen operations, prepare a variety of dishes, and maintain food quality and hygiene standards while ensuring a great dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of dishes, including Indian, Chinese, and other cuisines as per the property's menu requirements.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Monitor kitchen inventory, manage stock, and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the front office and service team to ensure smooth food service.
- Plan daily food preparation according to occupancy and guest requirements.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Chef All-Rounder in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of multiple cuisines and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage kitchen responsibilities independently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and inventory management.
- A responsible attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work in a hospitality workplace.

Salary & Location:

- In-hand salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Location: Khajjiar, Himachal Pradesh.
