An Operation Theatre (OT) technician manages the operating room, ensures complete sterility, and provides direct technical support to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses. [1, 2]Pre-Operative Responsibilities (Before Surgery)

- Room & Table Setup: Prepare the operating room, position the operating table, and verify that lighting and electrical systems function properly. [1, 2]
- Sterilization & Aseptic Control: Sterilize surgical instruments, wrap sterile packs, and set up the sterile field following strict infection control rules. [1, 2]
- Equipment Check: Calibrate and test anesthesia machines, monitors, suction devices, and specialized tools like C-arm or ventilation units. [1, 2, 3]
- Patient Transport & Positioning: Help transport the patient into the OT, verify identity/records, and position the patient safely for the specific procedure. [1, 2]
- Inventory Management: Check and restock essential medical consumables such as gloves, drapes, sutures, and medications. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
