Position: Executive - DSA KYC & Onboarding We are a Fintech NBFC focused on financial wellbeing, committed to enabling better access to credit through our network of trusted lending partners. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented candidate to join our team and play a key role in driving borrower growth and disbursements. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the KYC & Onboarding of DSAs and Channel Partners to achieve monthly borrower acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and onboarded partners to ensure they are onboarded as per the compliance required.
- Track expiring agreements or renewals due and complete them accordingly within the defined TAT.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KYC and Onboarding.
- Robust relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
