Spare parts Management
Ensure availability of spares for trouble free operation of plant.
- Identify Critical spares

Plan standardization of Maintenance Management System and ensure its compliance to achieve reliable maintenance
Ensure implementation of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 50001, SA 8000, ISO :14001, IQMM
Review procedure & work instruction related to Mech. maint. as required by Systems.
- Co-ordinate & Liaison with internal & external Auditors.
