Job Summary

The Role will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing career development and placement initiatives for students. The role involves building solid corporate relationships, developing placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment activities, enhancing student employability, and ensuring successful campus placement outcomes. The incumbent will work closely with academic departments, faculty members, industry partners, and recruitment teams to align student competencies with industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Placement Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve placement targets across academic programs and departments.
- Corporate Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, industry leaders, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies to generate employment opportunities.
- Campus Recruitment: Lead end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including company engagement, recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, interviews, and final placement coordination.
- Student Career Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives, career counselling, resume-building sessions, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, and employability enhancement programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team members, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance,



and ensure timely execution of placement activities.
- Industry Engagement: Identify emerging industry trends, hiring demands, and new employment opportunities to improve student placement outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with academic departments, program coordinators, faculty members, and university leadership to ensure placement readiness and participation.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate placement records, recruitment databases, company engagement reports, and student placement statistics.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators, including placement percentage, eligible student participation, recruiter engagement, average salary packages, and internship opportunities.
- Internship and Career Opportunities: Facilitate internships, live projects, industry interactions, and other career opportunities for students.
- Process Improvement: Develop standardized placement processes, reporting mechanisms, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Employer Branding: Represent the university in industry forums, recruitment events, and corporate meetings to strengthen institutional reputation among employers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
