Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, alert, and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our security team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to handle security incidents professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor hotel premises, entrances, exits, parking areas, and restricted zones.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment across assigned areas.
- Conduct regular security patrols and identify potential safety risks.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain visitor records, vehicle logs, and security registers.
- Control access to the premises and verify visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security incidents.
- Assist in fire safety procedures, emergency evacuations, and mock drills.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain discipline, professional grooming,



and courteous behavior while interacting with guests.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- 2–5 years of experience in security operations; hotel experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a senior security or supervisory role will be an advantage.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and basic first aid preferred.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in rotating shifts.
- Ex-servicemen and candidates with relevant security training are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
